Guide-Rail Freight Lift
A guide-rail freight lift transports goods vertically.
Product description
A guide-rail freight lift transports goods vertically. The guide system constrains the lift to a fixed track for upward and downward movement. Its simple structure, safety, reliability and convenience make it widely used in factories, warehouses, shopping centres and other locations.
Its main components include an electric motor, hydraulic system, controls, guide rails and a load platform. The motor supplies power, the hydraulic system operates the cylinder, and the controls manage lift movement and door operation. The rails guide vertical travel, while the platform carries the goods.
Hydraulic pressure raises and lowers the goods. When the motor starts, the hydraulic pump forces oil into the cylinder, moving the piston upwards and lifting the platform. To lower it, the controls reduce the hydraulic pump’s working pressure, allowing the cylinder to return to its starting position.
