Product description
Precautions:
(1) When travelling along an unobstructed route, the hook or lifting attachment and the underside of the load must remain more than 2 m above the ground. When passing an obstacle, they must clear it by 0.5 m.
(2) For loads below 50% of rated capacity, two mechanisms may operate simultaneously; above 50%, only one mechanism may operate.
(3) On overhead cranes with main and auxiliary hooks, do not raise or lower both hooks simultaneously, except in special cases.
(4) Welding or hammering on a suspended object, or working beneath it, is prohibited unless the object is properly supported.
(5) Inspection or maintenance may be carried out only after power has been disconnected and a power-isolation work sign has been placed on the switch. If live work is unavoidable, protective safety measures and a dedicated supervisor are required.
(6) Check limit switches and interlocking protective devices frequently.
(7) Cranes must not collide with one another, and one crane must not be used to push another crane during work.
