Girder Lifting Machine

Two girder lifting machines can lift a precast beam together, or one machine with two lifting attachments can lift it alone. When two machines lift together, each generally has a lifting capacity of 450 tons; a single machine can usually reach 900 tons.

It is equipped with outrigger walking, crane traveling and crane lifting equipment, which can realize all-round mechanized movements.

It is mainly used to lift prefabricated beams from the beam making platform to the beam storage platform. After the precast beam maintenance is completed, it is lifted from the beam storage platform to the beam transport vehicle. Completes the assembly and disassembly of the bridge erecting machine as a lifting device. It is also used to erect dry bridges with low piers.
