The maintenance of the electric flatbed vehicle includes checking whether all the screws and nuts of the entire vehicle are firm, whether the control performance is good, whether the tires need to be replaced, whether the mechanical system is in good condition, whether the battery capacity is up to standard, and whether the brushed motor is repaired once a year. The specific maintenance content is as follows:

(1) Comprehensively debug the entire vehicle, check whether there are any hidden faults in the electrical control circuits, and whether the electrical connecting wires are damaged. If any, they should be eliminated on the spot;

(2) Adjust the front and rear brakes to ensure the brakes are flexible and reliable;

(3) Whether the steering of the handlebar is reliable, and whether the handlebar and the front fork slide against each other;

(4) Check the battery regularly (once a month in summer and every 2-3 months in winter) to see if the battery liquid level is below the mark. If the plates are exposed, add distilled water in time. (Be careful not to add acid, because the electrolyte concentration has been adjusted according to the ratio when each battery leaves the factory. Adding acid will destroy the existing pH balance, cause corrosion of the plates, and affect the service life of the battery.

(5) Be sure to add gear oil to the rear axle gearbox when using it for the first time. In the future, check the rear axle gearbox regularly for oil leakage, damaged seals, and lack of lubricant. Replace the seals in time and replenish the lubricant.

(6) Lubricate the gearbox, motor sprockets, and chains regularly. If they are severely worn, they should be replaced in time to avoid affecting use.

(7) Tighten the bolts of the entire vehicle regularly to check whether they are loose or falling off, and apply anti-rust fluid appropriately to avoid rusting of the screws and making maintenance difficult during production.

(8) Clean the entire vehicle and scrub it clean.
