Bridge Erection Machine

The beam erection operation of the JQ900a type bridge erecting machine is a simply supported beam erection across one hole. The YL900 beam transport vehicle transports the beam to the rear of the bridge erecting machine to feed the beam. The lifting trolley pulls the beam to retrieve the beam, and the position of the box girder is fine-tuned in the air. The bridge erecting machine uses hydraulically driven tires to travel and walk longitudinally through the hole. It can erect 32m, 24m, and 20m double-line full-hole box girders. It is suitable for erecting curve radius R5500m, suitable for erecting longitudinal slopes of 20‰, and has a rated lifting capacity of 900t.
