Overhead Crane

Bridge crane is an important tool and equipment for realizing mechanization and automation of the production process in modern industrial production and lifting transportation. Therefore, bridge cranes are widely used in indoor and outdoor industrial and mining enterprises, steel and chemical industries, railway transportation, ports and terminals, logistics turnover and other departments and places.

Things to note

(1) Each crane must have a rated lifting capacity sign posted in a conspicuous place.

(2) During operation, no one may stand on the crane bridge, and the hook must not be used to transport people.

(3) You are not allowed to drive a crane without an operator's license or after drinking.

(4) You must concentrate during operation, and you are not allowed to talk, smoke or do irrelevant things.

(5) The vehicle must be clean; equipment, tools, flammable materials, explosive materials and dangerous goods are not allowed to be placed randomly.

(6) Overloading of the crane is not allowed.

(7) Lifting is not allowed under the following conditions: weak binding; overloaded machine parts; unknown signals; inclined pulls; objects buried or frozen in the ground; people on the objects being lifted; flammable, explosive and dangerous goods without safety protection measures; overfilled liquid items; wire ropes that do not meet the requirements for safe use; and the lifting mechanism is faulty.
