Electric flatbed trucks are mainly used for transportation between two-span workshops. The wheel material is ZG55, and the wheel set is specially used for cranes. The reducer adopts hard tooth surface reducer. The selected components are all configuration components.

Its main structure is:

(1) It adopts a box-shaped structure, welded with channel steel, and has two load-bearing end beams of the vehicle body.

(2) Driven by a hard-tooth surface reducer. The gears of the hard-tooth surface reducer are made of high-strength low-carbon alloy steel through carburization and quenching. The tooth surface has high hardness. The gears all adopt CNC gear grinding technology, with high precision, good contact, smooth operation, low noise; small size, light weight, long service life, high load-bearing capacity; easy to disassemble and install.

(3) Use brushless DC motors. DC motors have fast response, large starting torque, and the ability to provide rated torque from zero speed to rated speed. In terms of single characteristics, AC motors must use complex control technology to achieve performance equivalent to that of DC motors.

The cost-effective configuration of each structure of the electric flatbed effectively extends the service life of the electrical appliances, thereby extending the service life of the electric flatbed. Electric flat cars also have the advantages of high safety factor, easy maintenance, and beautiful appearance. At the same time, they save costs for users and make the transportation layout of the factory convenient.
