There are three common reasons for reducer oil leakage:

1: Due to the unreasonable design of the manufacturer: during the design process, there are no special ventilation holes or the ventilation holes are too small and other design defects will cause leakage failure due to uneven pressure inside and outside the reducer, resulting in leakage failure of the reducer lubricating oil. It is also possible that the connection surface of the reducer is not tightly sealed during long-term use, causing leakage.

2. The limited level of processing technology results in insufficient precision in the contact surface of the box, resulting in poor sealing performance and oil leakage.

3. Due to improper maintenance by operators or maintenance personnel during daily use, there are many internal blockages and the internal pressure is higher than the external pressure. At the same time, too much oil, fasteners not tightened, etc. will cause the joint surface between the two boxes to be loose and cause oil leakage.
