Product description
Gantry cranes generally have three mechanisms: a lifting mechanism (one with a large lifting capacity has two sets of main and auxiliary lifting mechanisms), a trolley travelling mechanism and a crane travelling mechanism. According to the normal working procedure, starting from the lifting action, the lifting mechanism is first started, the empty hook is lowered, and the lifted items are raised to a certain height, and then the trolley travelling mechanism and the crane travelling mechanism are started to stop at the designated position; the lifting mechanism is started to lower the items, and then the empty hook is raised to a certain height, and the trolley travelling mechanism and the crane travelling mechanism are driven back to the original position to prepare for the second lifting work.
Each time an item is shipped, the above process is repeated, which is often called a cycle. Within a cycle, all mechanisms do not work at the same time. Sometimes this mechanism works and other mechanisms stop, but each mechanism makes at least one forward movement and one reverse movement.
